Michael has been Southend CCTV consultant since he was commissioned to design and relocate the CCTV control room in 2012. Since then he’s been responsible for numerous schemes, most recently the development of Southend Smart City and its Intelligence Hub, which is the principal technical innovation project for the Authority.
